THE WEE SCOTTISH GUIDE TO GOLF

Glasgow-based journalist Deedee Cuddihy knows absolutely nothing about golf - so who better to write a book about the game that Scotland more or less invented?

Full disclosure: "The Wee Scottish Guide to Golf" is actually about the people who play golf (and in some cases don't play golf) rather than the game itself...

During her research Deedee spoke to dozens of innocent members of the public, approaching unsuspecting strangers in the street, on trains, buses and in cafes (and occasionally venturing onto actual golf courses) looking for golf-related stories. And she found plenty! Sprinkled amongst the scores of first-hand anecdotes are a few borrowings from the internet, media and literature as well as a selection of the author's signature ‘low-tech’ photos.
